Events
The minimum age for participants of Realm to Realm classes, workshops and events is 18 years of age unless permission is granted by prior arrangement with Realm to Realm.
We advise that any person with a medical condition or pregnant women contact Realm to Realm before making a booking for any classes, workshops or events.
All events must be paid for in full by Paypal or Debit / Credit Card on the advertised event page or at Realm to Realm study centre at the time of booking. Payment plans and other forms of payment are administered at the sole discretion of Realm to Realm. Please contact Realm to Realm as soon as possible if you foresee any issue regarding your payment.
Realm to Realm reserve the right to alter event information and locations due to circumstances beyond our control. Realm to Realm will endeavour to inform customers of any changes as soon as possible. Any person found to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs will be asked to leave the event immediately. No refund shall be given in this instance.
You are required to act in a sensible manner, without causing harm to any individual person, their belongings or the location. It is your responsibility to dress appropriately for weather conditions when participating in any outdoor events.
Realm to Realm, shall not be deemed liable for any loss or damage to personal equipment or personal belongings of any person attending events, either during an event or afterwards. Realm to Realm limited are not responsible for you arriving on time at events or for the route and chosen method of your travel to your destination.
You attend events at Realm to Realm at your own risk, Realm to Realm accept no liability for any accident or injury to yourself that may arise however caused to yourself.
By agreeing to these terms and conditions you further indemnify Realm to Realm from and against all legal liability, in respect of costs, claims, damages, demands, penalties, actions, proceedings, suits, losses or expenses in respect of claims arising out of injury or death wilfully caused to any persons or damage to any property arising from the event.
A booking made with Realm to Realm means you accept these terms and conditions.
Refunds
Please notify Realm to Realm as soon as possible if you are unable to attend an event, no less than three weeks prior to the event taking place, unless due to unforeseen circumstances then please contact us as soon as you can to cancel your booking.
Please be aware that any deposits are non refundable if you should cancel a booking.
On the unfortunate occasion that Realm to Realm should have to cancel an event, we will endeavour to refund any monies paid as soon as possible.
If an event is to be rescheduled you will be given the option to attend another event of a similar type or receive a refund of monies paid.
All information supplied by you to Realm to Realm will remain protected under the data protection act.
